At Luchia, we aim to deliver your order within 5-12 workdays, with a processing time of 1-3 workdays. By choosing us, you’re supporting an eco-conscious and sustainable delivery method!

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 workdays, Monday through Saturday, at our distribution center. Once processed, your order will be shipped as soon as it's ready.

Delivery Time & Possible Delays
We’re pleased to report that 98% of orders are delivered within our expected time of 5-12 workdays. However, in rare cases, deliveries may take up to 15 workdays due to factors like busy seasons, holidays, customs delays, severe weather, or other logistical issues. We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure timely delivery. Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday.

Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 11 PM Spanish time are processed on the same day.

At Luchia, we offer FREE shipping on all orders, no matter the quantity—there are no hidden shipping fees!

We use FEDEX and UPS for shipping ebikes . Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery.

For bikes shipped UPS, you can manage special delivery requests or provide instructions after FedEx has completed their initial scan. This can be done by reaching out to UPS directly or using their UPS Delivery Manager tool. Please be aware that if the initial scan has not been completed yet, UPS may not confirm the package as shipped, even though it is on its way. While UPS will do their best to accommodate requests, they cannot guarantee fulfillment of special delivery instructions.

Verify Your Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate and complete to prevent delays or lost packages. Incorrect or incomplete information can cause issues, and Luchia cannot be responsible for any complications caused by wrong addresses. Double-check your information when placing an order.

Order Cancellations
Once your order is placed, it’s processed immediately and sent to our supplier, making cancellations impossible. However, you can return the item within 14 workdays of receiving it. If multiple items are ordered, the return period starts from the day the last item arrives.

Experiencing Delivery Issues?
If you encounter any delivery problems:

  • Check if the package is marked as “delivered.” It may arrive the next day. Please wait an additional day before contacting us.
  • Contact the delivery service to confirm if the package was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address or left with a neighbor.
  • If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us within a week of receiving the delivery notification at peng@luchia.eu. We’ll investigate with the delivery service, though this may take a few weeks. We’ll do our best to resolve the situation. If the delivery issue is caused by incorrect address details, we may not be able to offer a refund, but we’re happy to work with you to find an alternative solution.
