Return Policy

Before returning any items, please contact us at peng@luchia.eu. By initiating a return, you agree to our return policy. We recommend reviewing the terms thoroughly before proceeding.

Return Window
You have 14 business days from the day you receive the item to cancel your order.And returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.  To begin the return process, please contact us at peng@luchia.eu within this period. Once we receive your return request, you’ll have an additional 14 business days to send the item back. Refunds are usually processed within 14 business days after approval.

Refunds are issued in the same way once the returned item has been inspected upon arrival.

Non-returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made products
  • Personal items (e.g., sealed accessories for hygiene reasons)
  • Items outside the 14 business day return period
  • Discounted items or gift cards

Proof of Shipment with Tracking
Please ensure you include a tracking number when returning an item. Once the package has been shipped, send the tracking details to peng@luchia.eu. Your refund will be processed after we receive and verify the item at our warehouse.

Product Condition
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund. If an item is damaged upon receipt, please notify us immediately via peng@luchia.eu, including clear photos. Items that don’t meet these criteria may be eligible for a partial refund or might be rejected.

Return Shipment Responsibility
The customer is responsible for returning the item safely. Luchia cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged packages during return shipping unless it’s due to an error on our part. For added security, we recommend using a shipping method with insurance and tracking.

Recommendation for Insured Shipping
To protect your return in case of transit issues, we recommend using a shipping method that includes insurance and tracking. If there are any issues, you can claim compensation through the carrier. Please note that return shipping costs are not reimbursed by Luchia and are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which are non-refundable. Shipping costs will vary depending on the carrier and package size. 

6-Step Return Process:

  1. Review Return Terms: Ensure you have read the return conditions above.
  2. Contact Customer Service: Email peng@luchia.eu with your order number, contact details, and any damage photos.
  3. Carefully Package the Item: Use the original packaging to protect the item during transit.
  4. Create a Trackable Shipping Label: Ship the item with tracking to the return address provided in your confirmation email.
  5. Share Tracking Details: Send the tracking number to peng@luchia.eu.
  6. Wait for Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 business days through your original payment method.
